About this campsite
A small, meticulously kept park in the hamlet of Pencelli, tucked between the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and the northern slopes of the Bannau Brycheiniog. Pitches sit across three sheltered areas, an old orchard, a field of mature oaks and an open meadow, all hedged and quiet enough to hear the water on the canal. The towpath runs from the gate, and Pen y Fan and Cribyn are close enough to walk up and be back for lunch. There is a Victorian shower block with underfloor heating, a drying room for wet boots, a small shop and a pub a hundred metres up the lane. Brecon itself is four miles away for the market and the cathedral. Please note the park does not accept dogs other than registered assistance dogs.
