Woodyhyde Campsite
Woodyhyde Campsite, Valley Road, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5HT, England

About this campsite
Woodyhyde is a relaxed, family-run campsite spread across fifteen acres and three fields on the Isle of Purbeck, about a twenty-minute walk from Corfe Castle. One field backs onto the Swanage Railway, so steam trains occasionally clatter past, and Swanage, Studland and the Jurassic Coast are all within easy reach for the day. Pitches are unmarked grass and hardstanding rather than formally numbered, dogs are welcome (and stay free) in two of the three fields, and there's a small on-site shop and off-licence for essentials. Beyond ordinary camping, a private paddock holds a cluster of shepherd's huts and traditional yurts for anyone who'd rather not bring a tent at all. It's open from March to the end of October and has the feel of a proper Dorset farm site rather than a holiday park.
