Broomfield Holiday Park has been run by the same local family for over sixty years, on twelve acres of level grass right on the edge of Ullapool, looking out over Loch Broom to the Summer Isles. It's the only campsite in this busy little fishing and ferry port, and the setting is protected as a conservation area, so the view over the water stays open and unspoiled. Pitches take tents, trailer tents, caravans and motorhomes, with electric hook-up available on many of them, and it's genuinely a two-minute walk into Ullapool's harbourfront pubs, restaurants and shops, or onto the CalMac ferry to Stornoway. It's a natural stopping point on the North Coast 500 and for anyone exploring Assynt and Coigach to the north.
