About this campsite

Dalraddy Holiday Park is part of the Alvie & Dalraddy Estate, tucked into the pines a few miles south of Aviemore on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. It's a big, well-run touring park rather than a wild one, with a large open tent field, hardstanding pitches for tourers and motorhomes, and secluded woodland pitches screened by trees on three sides for those who want more privacy. The Quarry, an enclosed bowl in the old estate workings, is popular with groups. It's a genuinely central base for the Cairngorms: the Speyside Way and cycle routes run past the gate, Loch an Eilein and Rothiemurchus Forest are minutes away, and Aviemore's shops, restaurants and the Strathspey Steam Railway are a short drive north.
