Tollgate Farm sits on Budnick Hill above Perranporth, less than five minutes from the beach and its three miles of dune-backed sand. The park deliberately favours wildness over manicured lawns — more than five hundred trees and shrubs have been planted across the site over the years, and it's not unusual to see rabbits, foxes or a buzzard overhead from your pitch. Generous pitches are laid out across four hedged enclosures, some with sea and dune views, and there's a help-yourself herb garden, a shop, street food on site through summer, and a set of eco-friendly LogPods for anyone who wants a private cabin rather than a tent. It's run as a couples-and-families park, and well-behaved dogs are welcome on the dunes and beach nearby.
