Stablefell Holidays and Campsite
Stablefell, Near Lake Semerwater, Marsett, Nr Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 3DG

About this campsite
Stablefell sits in acres of open meadowland on the edge of Marsett, a tiny hamlet in the quiet Raydale valley above Wensleydale, half a mile from the shore of Semerwater and several miles from the nearest main road. It's a deliberately peaceful, music-free site: grass tent pitches each with room for a fire pit, a couple of tipis to hire if you'd rather not bring your own kit, a small on-site shop, and pizza evenings through the summer. Dogs are welcome on a lead, and the lake, the fells around Addlebrough and Raydale, and the market towns of Hawes and Askrigg a few miles off make it a good, unhurried base for walking rather than a jumping-off point for anywhere busy. It only opens for the summer season, from May to late September, and a minimum stay applies over the August bank holiday.
