About this campsite
The Dalesbridge sits in Austwick, right in the Yorkshire Three Peaks area of the national park and next door to the Forest of Bowland AONB, and it's built to handle a lot more than the average small Dales site: three large, level camping fields with room for over a hundred units, electric hook-up hardstanding for caravans and motorhomes, four glamping pods, eight bunkhouse cabins and an eight-bed self-catering lodge. Facilities run to fully refurbished showers and toilets, free wi-fi around the bar and reception, and a bar that does wood-fired pizzas at weekends and through peak season. It's a genuinely useful base for walking the Three Peaks or exploring Ingleton, Clapham and the show caves nearby, and with that much capacity it rarely turns people away even in summer, though it trades some of the intimacy of a smaller farm site for the extra facilities.
