Warcombe Farm sits between Mortehoe and Lee Bay in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the South West Coast Path running along the field boundary and Woolacombe's three miles of surf beach a short walk or drive away. It's a big, well-run family site with its own coarse fishing lake reserved for guests, a fourteen-acre woodland dog walk with a dedicated dog shower, and a genuinely wide spread of pitch types from basic grass through to fully serviced sea-view pitches behind a gate. The amenity blocks are modern and heated, and there's a small licensed shop for essentials, pastries and cream teas in summer. It gets busy in the school holidays given the beach on the doorstep, so the premier and sea-view pitches are worth booking well ahead.
